Game progress

Basic rule is: "Continue playing as you did, MPCiv2 deals with the rest."

Only usage of MPCiv2 features will be described here, not usage of features described in your Civilization II Manual.

After launching the game the MultiPlayerCiv2 window appears in the same time as Civilization II
